We at Lovely Italy value our customers and aim to provide a clear and fair cancellation policy for all our tours. Please review the following guidelines regarding cancellations:

NOTIFICATION PROCEDURE:

To initiate a cancellation, customers must send an email to info@lovelyitaly.tours with the booking details and a clear request for cancellation.

TIMEFRAME:

Cancellation Fees

• For most tours, cancellation requests must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled start time of the activity.
• However, there are specific tours with different policies. This information is clearly stated on your voucher and detailed within the tour description.

No Shows

• If you do not show up for the tour on the scheduled date and time, no refund will be provided.

Partial Participation

• If you decide not to participate in parts of the tour after it has commenced, no refund will be provided for the unused portion of the tour.

CANCELLATION BY LOVELY ITALY:

Minimum Participation: We reserve the right to cancel a tour if the minimum number of participants required for the tour is not met. If this occurs, we will provide a full refund or offer an alternative tour.

EXCEPTIONS:

Some tours may have unique cancellation policies due to operational constraints or other considerations. Please refer to the specific tour details or contact our customer service team for clarification.

REFUND POLICY:

• Cancellations made within the specified timeframe will be eligible for a full refund.
• Cancellations made outside of the designated timeframe may result in forfeiture of the booking fee or a partial refund, depending on the circumstances.

CONFIRMATION:

Upon receipt of the cancellation request, we will confirm the cancellation and process any applicable refunds in accordance with our refund policy.

Lovely Italy reserves the right to modify or update this cancellation policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated to customers through our website or via email.
